Time Piece Collection Return & Refund Policy

At Time Piece Collection, we want customers to feel confident with their purchase.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition it was received, including original packaging when possible.

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• The order is canceled before it has shipped.
• The returned product has been received and inspected by us.
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
